    Hello,

     

    Our port captain responded to the initial inquiry. If you haven't received anything, we will check it out. Unfortunately, the port captain is a bit unavailable due to vacation.

     

    The bus parking should not be used as a parking space for buses between arrivals, except for the electric buses that need to be charged. We have had a meeting with the various participants, so we hope this does not happen again.

    I still haven't received any response from you, even after two emails on the situation that happened, and I still haven't received contact information for the Port Captain.

     

    While we were waiting for your response, this happened again, on 28th June call with AIDA we had 5 buses parked and left by the company who were doing dispatch before us - please see picture attached.

    Since it happened a second time,  as you are aware, we can't have this situation happen again for our mutual client - kindly let me know of your answer asap and please confirm that this will not become a norm in Honningsvag port.

     

    Also, please let me know asap on your answer and kindly share email and port number of Port Captain.

    Thank you for the conversation the other day, but I still didn't get any response from you. The point would be that whenever there is a cruise during the day that is handled by another agency,  the drivers don't leave their buses on the pier like it was last time (picture was attached), but to clear the parking lot, so our evening operation can start with the parking lot available.

     

    Please get back to us, and kindly share with us email of Port Captain.

    Please find attached photo taken on the day when AIDAluna arrived to port of Honningsvag, that was taken before any of our buses arrived to parking lot.

     

    Dedicated bus spots parking lot was already taken by buses from other company, and we ended up with limited space for our dispatch. In order to make sure we are providing the service our mutual clients are looking for when visiting one of the most important Norwegian port, can we kindly ask you to make sure that the parking lot is clear from any other buses for our future calls?

     

    If I'm sending this email to wrong address, kindly forward it to the correct person in charge.
